Established in response to the continent’s urgent need for skilled human capital and localised innovation, ASIN serves as a bridge between African universities, industries, and governments, helping them build stronger linkages that drive sustainable development.

Organise workshops, annual conferences, and policy dialogues on education emerging technologies, education reform, youth employability and related themes.

Facilitate collaborative research, cross-institutional learning, and regional benchmarking.

Provide technical assistance and funding for university-based innovation projects across sub-Saharan Africa.

Build an active community of practice across African higher education institutions and their partners.

Maintain an open-access digital platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and innovation incubation.
